The petitioner who is working as Panchayat Karmi/ Panchayat Secretary has been transferred from Gram Panchayat, Musra, Janpad Panchayat, Manendragarh, District Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur to Gram SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Digitally signed by SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Date: 2025.07.30 10:46:54 +0530 2 Panchayat Kudra, Janpad Panchayat Bharatpur, District Manendragarh- Chirmiri-Bharatpur (C.G.) vide transfer order dated 12-07-2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned transfer order is passed against the guideline issue by the State government for transfer of posting of the Panchayat Karmi/ Panchayat Secretary and his transfer order is violation of Clause- 8 of the said guideline dated 29.08.2008 and 05.08.2019 (Annexure-P/4). He would further submit that the petition is willing to move his representation before the authority concerned and on being representation made by the petitioner, the authority may be directed to consider the representation in accordance with law as early as possible. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes and has submitted that It is for Jila Panchayat to consider the representation of the petitioner, who has passed the impugned transfer order dated 12.07.2025. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner is directed to make his representation before the Respondent No. 3 within one week from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and after such representation is being made, the Respondent No. 3 shall decide the said representation within the further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the transfer order dated 12.07.2025. 5.
