Prayer is for compensation of Rs. 5,00,000/- under Mukhyamanti Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna Scheme. 2. Drawing attention to copy of the scheme disclosed at page 50, clause 5(1) he submits, claim of his client is covered thereby. 3. Mr. Mohan Srivastava, learned advocate, Standing counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, wife of petitioner cannot be said to be farmer. 4. Co-ordinate Bench by order dated 21.08.2024 in Writ-C no. 26183 of 2024 (Smt. Gulab Kali vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) had taken view interpreting the scheme regarding its applicability to farmers. 5. We respectfully agree with the view. Petitioner's claim stands covered thereby. Same direction as in order dated 21.08.2024, Smt. Gulab Kali (supra) is made herein. 6. The writ petition is disposed of.
