ORAL JUDGMENT (PER: HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. JUSTICE N. V. ANJARIA)
The direction of learned Single Judge in order dated 13.12.2022 is that respondent No.1 shall continue the petitioners on daily-wage basis as scavengers till regular recruitment is made and shall also provide the petitioners opportunity to participate in the regular recruitment process.
2. The grievance of the petitioners is that they are employed by an agency of the respondent-the Commissioner, Hindu Religious Institution and Charitable Endowment Department and they have to be treated as employees of the respondent.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate Mr. Naveen Chandrashekar has filed the memo 29.04.2025 by producing copy of the communication dated 28.04.2025 whereby, the petitioners are required to report for joining the duty.

4. Learned advocate for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners will accordingly report to duty and will join the duty under the Department.
5. The parties shall act in accordance with obligations incurred in the said communication.
