ORDER (05.08.2025)
1. Petitioner, through the medium of this petition under Section 482 CrPC invoked inherent jurisdiction of this Court seeking setting aside of impugned Order dated 07.06.2024 passed by court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu, whereby an application moved by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail was dismissed and interim bail granted earlier vide order dated 22.03.2024, was recalled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had moved this petition assailing the order passed by the court below, and had also moved Bail Application in anticipation of arrest bearing Bail App No. 135/2024 which was clubbed with this petition and wherein he had been granted interim bail vide Order dated 21.06.2024; that the interim bail was made absolute by virtue of Order dated 24.12.2024 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Bail App No.135/2024.
3. He further submits that, in view of the development that the petitioner has been admitted to bail by this Court in anticipation of his arrest, Serial No. 36

the grievance raised in this petition has been redressed, as such, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to pursue this petition. His statement is taken on record.
4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the intervening development, this petition is dismissed as not pressed, alongwith connected application(s).
5. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
