2 4 The Court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Siva K. Lanka,
learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he has given up his vakalat to the party and the party has taken entire bundle and hence, requested this Court to issue notice to the petitioner. On perusal of the prayer, it appears that the petitioner challenged the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in taking any action against respondent Nos.6 to 9 in transferring the petitioner. Due to efflux of time, nothing survives in the writ petition to adjudicate further. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to file appropriate application for restoration of the writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any Sd/- K. TATA RAO DEPUTY REGISTRAR shall stand closed.
