The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent, after completion of the investigation, has filed a closure report as “Further Action Dropped”. In fact, aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed a protest petition and it is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai, Erode District. Therefore, no investigation is pending with the second respondent. 3. In view of the above, the question of transferring the investigation does not arise.
