The case of the prosecution is that the Accused were found in possession of 848 kgs of Ganja along with a cellphone. Totally, there were four accused. The petitioner is arrayed as A2. The contraband had been seized by the respondent police. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly concedes that the case involves a commercial quantity of 848 kgs of Ganja. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed the grant of bail to the Petitioner. 5. I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions and perused the materials available on record. 6. This Court could not find any material to over come the rigour of section 37(1)(b)(ii) of the NDPS Act.
