Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 227 of 2022 arising out of Bagbera P.S. Case No. 137 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 04 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- V, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur. 3. On 15.07.2021, both the petitioners kidnapped the daughter of the informant. Thereafter she went missing. Daughter of the informant was kidnapped because there was property dispute between the informant and the accused persons, who were agnates. 4. During the course of investigation, both these petitioners were apprehended. It appears that the victim was crushed to death by a stone and thereafter her dead body was thrown in Kharkai river. On the pointing of these petitioners, torn saree, which was used in gaging the mouth of the deceased and a brick, which was used in crushing the chest of the deceased, were recovered. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is rejected. 6. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
