NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This petition is filed by plaintiff seeking for a direction to dispose of R.A.No.53/2022 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bangalore Rural District, as expeditiously as possible. 2. Petitioner had filed a suit in O.S.No.93/2006 for a declaration that the registered gift deeds dated 14.02.2005 are not binding on her. The said suit was partly decreed. Being aggrieved by the same, some of the defendants have filed Regular Appeal in R.A.No.53/2022 before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bangalore Rural District. Even after lapse of 2½ years, the regular appeal is not disposed of. The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking for a direction to the appellate Court to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:2120 WP No. 34845 of 2024 3. Under these circumstances, issuance of notice to respondents is not necessary. Hence, issuance of notice to respondents is dispensed with. 4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bangalore Rural District, to dispose of R.A.No.53/2022 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 10 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
