Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On 29.04.2025, two unknown persons came to the meeting place of the informant and looted his mobile and other articles. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on T.I.P. It was further submitted that no looted article was recovered from his possession. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Karra P.S.
