1. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have preferred appeal before Director, Urban Administration & Development Department, Directorate on 29.05.2024, however, it
2 is yet to be decided. Petitioner is seeking limited relief that respondent No. 3 / Director may kindly be directed to decide the appeal as private respondents No. 2 to 20 in the said appeal / complaint have illegally appointed as Siksha Karmi Grade – III who are not elligible at all.
2. Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer sought by petitioner with respect to direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the appeal.
3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid aspect of the matter and submission of learned counsel for petitioner that appeal / complaint filed before respondent No. 3 / Director on 29.05.2024 is pending till date, respondent No. 3 / Director is directed to decide the appeal / complaint / representation expeditiously, preferably within a period of 45 days in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not considered merits of the case.
