ORAL ORDER
The petitioner who was working as First Division Assistant (FDA) at Court of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Sakaleshpura, is before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 02.12.2024 at Annexure-K, by which the petitioner is transferred and posted to work at the Court of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Holenarasipura in place of one Bhimarao Govindagoudar who is transferred to Court of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hassan.
2. Heard Sri. Prasanna.D.P., learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. K.N.Nithesh,
learned counsel for Sri. K.V.Narasimhan, learned counsel for the respondent. Perused the writ petition papers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the only prayer of the petitioner is to continue her in the Court of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Sakaleshpura till 15.04.2025 as her daughter Kum. Aghanya.K.M., is studying in X STD (SSLC). It is further submitted that after 15.04.2025,

the petitioner is ready and willing to report to duty at transferred place i.e., at the Court of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Holenarasipura.
4. Per contra, Sri. K.N.Nithesh, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is already relieved from Sakaleshpura and she is already reported at Holenarasipura on 09.01.2025.
5. This Court directed the respondent's counsel to take instruction as to whether the petitioner could be accommodated till 15.04.2025 and on instruction,
learned counsel Sri.K.N.Nithesh for the respondent would submit that if the petitioner submits representation, an appropriate decision would be taken within one week to continue the petitioner at Sakaleshpura till 15.04.2025.
6. Taking into
consideration the entire factual situation, I am of the view that in a student’s life SSLC would be crucial stage and in that background, the request of the petitioner appears to be reasonable. Therefore, taking note of

the same and also the submission made by the learned counsels, the following:
ORDER (a) The petitioner to submit representation to continue her at Court of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Sakaleshpura till 15.04.2025, which shall be submitted within two days.
(b) The respondent is directed to pass an appropriate
order considering the representation of the petitioner within 07 days from the date of receipt of the said representation continuing the petitioner at Sakaleshpura till 15.04.2025.
(c) The petitioner shall report back to the Court of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Holenarasipura after
15.04.2025.
(d) With the above, writ petition stands disposed off.
