Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be content if these writ petitions are
disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authorities to decide their respective representations, annexed with these writ petitions, in a time bound manner in view of the law laid down by this Court in CWP No. 8148/2022, titled as Yashwant Kumar Vs. State of H.P. & Ors. decided along with connected matters on 21.03.2024.

Prayer, being innocuous, is considered and allowed.

Consequently, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners within a period of six weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order strictly in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
