2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the land belongs to the waqf. The petitioner is a cultivating tenant and the petitioner is cultivating sugarcane and for that purpose, he requires NOC from the walf. The muthavalli is taking a personally inimical stand and has not issued the NOC. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent board. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In view of the limited nature of the relief, that is granted, this writ Petition is disposed of at the admissions stage without issuing notice to the third respondent. The first respondent is directed to take up the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2024 for enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law. The first respondent shall also issue notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and after hearing both the parties, a decision shall be taken. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the
order without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
