Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. Considering the nature of order to be passed, this Court is of the view that no notice need to be issued to O.P. No.4. 4. Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition inter alia challenging notice dated 07.05.2025, so issued by O.P. No.4 under Annexure-2. Vide the said order, petitioner has been directed to demolish the structure constructed by him over the disputed plot in question. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that without issuing any prior notice and by giving due opportunity of hearing, the impugned notice has been issued. It is accordingly contended that the impugned notice is not sustainable in the eye of law. 6. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate on the other hand contended that since petitioner is admittedly is in unauthorized possession, notice has been rightly issued. 7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions made, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition, permits the petitioner to make his reply against the impugned notice dated 07.05.2025 so issued by O.P. No.4 on or before 30.05.2025. O.P. No.4 is directed to take a lawful decision on the same on or before 13.06.2025. 7.1. Till 16.06.2025, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner basing on the impugned notice dated 07.05.2025 under Annexure-2. 8. The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
