Thereafter, the closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Mayiladuthurai on 06.07.2021. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
