An affidavit has been filed by the opposite party No.3 on 17.12.2025, whereby they have introduced the document stating that some amounts were recoverable from the petitioner and his claim for pay scale according to 5th PRC is not payable as the petitioner was regularized w.e.f 2007 and the 5th PRC came to effect from 01.01.1996. 3. Considering the said submission and document on record, I am of the opinion that no contempt is made out, the contempt application is dropped. 4. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the action of the respondents, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the same before the appropriate forum. 5. I.A.
