For an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent Nos.1, 5 and 10 to frame appropriate guidelines for the purpose of making arrangements for mud for the construction of roads in the State of Goa by the PWD and other authorities including the local bodies. It is not in dispute that the Village road has already been constructed. Learned Counsel makes a statement on behalf of the Respondent No.7 that the Village road has been constructed and put to use. He would speciically make a statement that on account of the construction of the road which provides wider access to the traic, it has minimized mishaps on the said road.
