This petition is preferred against orders dated 26.07.2023, 30.09.2023 and 06.09.2023. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "10.1) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ order, thereby setting-aside/ quashing the impugned orders dated 26.07.2023, 30.09.2022 & 06.09.2023 i.e. Annexures P/1, P/2 & P/7 respectively so far it relates to the petitioner. 10.2) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue at her present place of posting. 10.3) That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 3. Vide order dated 19.09.2023, the petitioner was granted stay by this Court. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such, by the afflux of time the said orders, has lost its efficacy and as such the order(s) dated 26.07.2023, 30.09.2023 and 06.09.2023 is required to be quashed and accordingly the said order(s) under challenge is hereby quashed. 3 5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order. 6.
