GP FOR SERVICES III The Court made the following: ORDER The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not considering and promoting the petitioner as Head Mistress Grade-II, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II for respondents submitted the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Chittoor vide Rc.No.4026/B1/2024 dated 22.12.2024, whereby the petitioner’s case for promotion was rejected. 3. A copy of the above proceedings was handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that because of developments pending the writ petition, cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition may be closed giving liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 22.12.2024. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is Closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Chittoor vide Rc.No.4026/B1/2024 dated 22.12.2024.
