The revision case was filed challenging the order dated 31.12.2013 in I.A.No.1435 of 2012 in F.C.O.P.No.75 of 2013 by the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-Family Court Nellore setting aside the ex-parte order dated 20.06.2012. 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.508 of 2014 Dated 07.04.2025 3. As seen from the e-Court status report F.C.O.P.No.75 of 2012 was allowed by the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-Family Court Nellore directing the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) per month to the 2nd respondent. In view of the disposal of F.C.O.P.No.75 of 2012, nothing remains in this criminal revision case to adjudicate further, hence, this criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
