However, on hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the records, no grounds for modification of the order dated 13.05.2022 passed in A.B.A. No. 3351 of 2022 is made out, whereby the petitioners were directed to furnish bank guarantee of Rs. 5,36,96,878/- which was ordered to be kept with the Registrar, Civil Court, Dhanbad, till the final disposal of Dhansar P.S.
