The present revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the judgment and order dated 25.07.2008 passed by Special Judge, (E.C. Act)/Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Moradabad in Criminal Appeal No.03 of 2004 and judgment and order dated 23.1.2004 passed by A.C.J.M., Court No.1, Moradabad in Case No.1807 of 1994. 4. Even previously on 03.10.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the revisionist and non-bailable warrants were issued against the revisionist. 5. As per the office report dated 02.12.2023, a report of C.J.M., Moradabad dated 25.10.2023 has been received stating therein that the revisionist Bhura has died on 21.11.2020. The said report has been sent after due inquiry. 6. This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-revisionist has died. 7. In view of the above, the revision stands abated. 8. The trial court records, be sent back along with the communication of this order. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks from today.
