The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with, Simdega (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 69, 89 of B.N.S 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegation of establishing relationship is of eleven years prior to lodging of FIR and FIR has been lodged on 17.08.2025. He further submits that allegations are made of petitioner denying marriage with the informant and the informant is aged about 25 years. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of establishing relationship on pretext of marriage. ( 2025:JHHC:30570 ) --2-- 5. Considering, that in the FIR itself it is stated that the relationship was established 11 years prior to the filing of the FIR and the FIR was lodged on 17.08.2025, the informant is aged about 25 years, in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Simdega (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 26.09.25 (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Abha/
