Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to decide the application dated 16-11-2024 in compliance of the order dated 6-9- 2024 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate Chakia Chandauli, under section 24 of U.P.Revenue Code 2006." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite order dated 06.09.2024 passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006, the land of the petitioner has not been demarcated and boundary marks have not been installed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending and respondent no. 3 be directed to get the land of the petitioner demarcated in a time fixed by this Court. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No. 3 to get the land demarcated and get the boundary marks installed, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided that there is no other legal impediment.
