From the record, it is apparent that against certain private individuals a certain litigation in the revenue courts was being pursued between the petitioners and the private-respondents. By an order of the Additional Commissioner (Administration) Kanpur Division Kanpur, dated 17.03.2025, which has been filed in the writ petition at page 34, the first appeal of the petitioners was dismissed. 2. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have filed a second appeal. Definitely all the reliefs, which have been prayed for herein in the instant writ petition can be looked into by the second appellate court. 3. No interference is warranted. 4.
