Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 200 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 115, 118, 109 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Khusbho Tyagi, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have inflicted knife blow on the person of the informant. 4. The injury report, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the informant has sustained simple injury. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Khusbho Tyagi, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi, or her successor, in connection with Chutia P.S.
