Rule is made returnable immediately at the request and with the consent of learned Counsel for the parties. 4. The Petitioner has made complaint dated 22.07.2024 to the first Respondent and the grievance is that this complaint is not being attending to. 5. Mr Vernekar, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instructions, states that the first Respondent will dispose of this complaint within four weeks from today after hearing the Petitioner and the second Respondent Society. Considering the above order, we do not deem it necessary to issue any notice to second Respondent. The second Respondent must however be granted opportunity of hearing by the first Respondent along with the Petitioner. 6. Mr Costa Frias, learned Counsel states that the prayer clause (b) is not being pressed but the grievance with regard to prayer clause (b) will be raised before the first Respondent to the complaint dated 22.07.2024. 7.
