CMP No.27728 of 2025 Application for reviving the execution petition has been filed on the ground that the work has been stalled for want of funds. Though, on 03.12.2024 administrative approval had been granted which was noted in the earlier order. A reference is made to the communication of the Superintending Engineer to the Engineer-in-Chief , HP PWD for placing 1 crore at the disposal of the Executive Engineer, HP PWD so that the work schedule is not hampered for want of funds for the Judical Court Complex at Sarahan. A reference is also made to communication dated 11.08.2025 where again the request was made followed by communication dated 27.08.2025. Accordingly, we revive the execution petition to its original number and file, with further direction to the Engineer-in-Chief to make adequate funds available to the Executive Engineer within 10 days from today, so that work can be resumed, failing which, the said official shall come present before the Court on the next date of hearing. Compliance affidavit be accordingly filed by the next date, as to how much amount has been released. List on 8th December, 2025. ( G.S.
