Case No. 442 of 2025 arising out of Lalpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 317(4), 317(5), 338, 336(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-V, Ranchi. 3. During the intervening period of 28/29.03.2025, Lalpur Police, on the basis of confidential information seized a stolen motorcycle from the parking lot of Sumit Vihar Bhawan. 4. It was submitted that at the time of raid, petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner as he was remanded in this case from another case. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent and 34 criminal cases are pending against him. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record apart from his confession, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-V, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
