The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as Accused No.6 in Crime No.119 of 2024, on the file of Muthukur Police Station, for the alleged offence under Section 303(6) and 319(2) of the BNS. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is related to the de facto complainant and that he informed the de facto complainant about the property that is for sale and took the de facto complainant to the said place where the others were awaiting. Upon seeing the de facto complainant, the accused snatched away the bag containing Rs.50,00,000/- and left in a bolera vehicle. Alleging involvement, the petitioner is also arraigned as Accused No.6. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has only informed the de facto complainant about the property that is for sale and went along with the de facto complainant to the said place. The petitioner is not involved in the commission of the alleged crime. 4. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State, submits that the petitioner has already approached this Court and filed an anticipatory bail application, which was dismissed by this Court on 20.12.2024. The application for bail before arrest was disposed off on the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the liberty be granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court. 3 HN, J Crl.P.No.9680_2024 5. Considering the submissions and also after verifying the record, the Criminal Petition is disposed off, directing the Station House Officer, Muthukur Police Station, to complete the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. This, however, does not preclude the Investigating Officer from filing the final report/charge sheet after completion of the investigation.
