Vashistha, Special P.P. --- 03 / 20.12.2025 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.08.2025 passed in B.A. No. 7272 of 2025, whereby bail was granted to the petitioner on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each. 2. On the last date i.e. 21.11.2025, report was called for from the Superintendent of Police, East Singhbhum, whether the petitioner has any landed property or any member of his family can stand as surety for him. From perusal of the report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, East Singhbhum, it appears that the petitioner has the landed property and his son has undertaken to stand as surety for the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, the order dated 27.08.2025 passed in B.A. No. 7272 of 2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner Haldhar Tudu shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T. Case No. 305 of 2023 arising out of Bodam P.S. Case No. 22 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 883 of 2023. 4.
