Bipin Chander Negi, Judge (oral) The present petitioners lay challenge to order dated 26.09.2024, passed in Transfer Application No.59-S/6 of 2024, titled Atul Sood and others vs. Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, Himachal Pradesh and another (Annexure P-7), whereby an application filed by the petitioners/tenants, under Section 28(2) of the Himachal Pradesh Urban Rent Control Act, 1987, had been dismissed. 2. Vide impugned order, two transfer applications bearing Nos.59- S/6 of 2024 and 61-S/6 of 2024, had been dismissed. The same had been instituted on 25.04.2024 and decided on 26.09.2024. Insofar as CMPMO No.645 of 2024 is concerned, the same pertains to Transfer Application No.59-S/6 of 2024 and the same was dismissed vide judgment dated 30.08.2025. 3. In view of the aforesaid, for similar reasons, the present petition is also disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
