Mr. Rajat Choudhry, learned Assistant Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Non-Medical). It is his case that he was appointed as such in the year 2020 at GMS Shirguli u/c GSSS Deha, District Shimla. His services were regularized in the same school in the year 2023. Petitioner was shifted on account of zero enrollment at GMS Shirguli u/s GSSS Deha District Shimla to GSSS Nanhar, Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla. Petitioner preferred a representation on 23.10.2025 (Annexure P-3) seeking transfer from the 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 aforesaid station on account of completion of normal tenure at GMS Shirguli u/s GSSS Deha District Shimla. His grievance is that aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to examine his case in light of the aforesaid judgment within a fixed time schedule. Learned Assistant Advocate General is not averse to this prayer. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2025 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
