The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- “It is therefore most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and quash the first information report bearing Crime No. 94/2021 for commission of an offence under Section 498-A r/w Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 Section 34 of Indian Penal Code with Police Station Mahila Thana, Durg (C.G.) and that no further action shall be taken against the petitioners on the basis of the FIR dated 07.09.2021 bearing Crime No. 94/2021, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has no instruction from the petitioners and they are not responding. 3. It transpires from the record that the matter pertains to the year 2021 and till date no interim order has been passed and from the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners it appears that the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the matter due to efflux of time. 4.
