Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). To issue a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahganj, Jaunpur to decide the Execution Case No. 02 of 2019, CNR No.- UPJP06000783 of 2019 (Shiv Kumar vs. Manoj) as well as Misc. Application No. 34G pending before the Court Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahganj, Jaunpur within some stipulated time period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted aforesaid cases are pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahganj, Jaunpur to decide the Execution Case No. 02 of 2019 & Application No. 34G if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
