Nimmagadda Revathi, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for all the Respondents. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 18.10.2024 (Ex.P4). Learned Counsel has also drawn the attention of this Court to the Proceedings issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kuppam (Respondent No.3) dated 28.10.2024 (Ex.P5) which is issued in response to the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 18.10.2024. The Proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kuppam (Respondent No.3) dated 28.10.2024 would indicate that the case of the Writ Petitioner is under enquiry before the Tahsildar, Santhipuram Mandal (Respondent No.4). Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission without going into the merit, directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kuppam (Respondent No.3) and the Tahsildar, Santhipuram Mandal (Respondent No.4) to complete the enquiry within in a period of six weeks and pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter and communicate a copy of such Order to all the interested parties forthwith. 2. 3. stage. 4.
