At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that he is willing to move his fresh representation before the respondent No. 4 to redress his grievances. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner is directed to move his fresh representation before the respondents No. 4 within a week from today along with the copy of this order and if such representation is being made the respondent No.4 shall decide the same in accordance with applicable rules and circulars of contractual employees of MGNREGA Scheme within a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the representation. Till then the impugned order dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure P/1) shall not be given effect to. 4. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition is disposed of.
