2 6 The Court made the following order:- The present writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in insisting the petitioners to stop the construction and vacate from the house site admeasuring an extent of 373.93 Sq.yards out of 600 Sq.yards covered by S.No.415 (old S.No.373) situated in Bhogapuram Revenue Village of Bhimadole Mandal, Eluru District. Learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat appearing on behalf of the 4*'^ respondent furnished proceedings dated 30.12.2024. On perusal of the said proceedings, it transpires that the 4 respondent has directed the petitioner to the stop construction on the ground that the Panchayat Secretary has received some complainants against the petitioner. Later, the Panchayat Secretary verified the records and come to the conclusion that the site belongs to the petitioner and permitted the petitioner to proceed with the further construction. 2. th In view of the said proceedings, nothing remains in the writ petition for further adjudication. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 3. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any shall stand closed.
