2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer:
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition by quashing the
order impugned dated 10.08.2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Camp Court Kurud, Distt. Dhamtari (C.G.) in Criminal Revision No. 58/2018 and
order of trial Court Judicial Magistrate First Class dated 24.07.2018 passed in Criminal Case No. 627/2018, in the interest of justice. ”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to efÒux of time, the matter has lost its efÏcacy.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
