The applicant has not preferred the application to cancel the anticipatory bail granted before the Court where the bail has been granted. In this case, long period of three years have already passed after bail had been granted to the accused person. Therefore, by efflux of a significant amount of time, this petition has become infructuous and at this stage, this Court is not inclined to exercise the inherent power under section 482 of Cr.P.C.
