Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) Counsel for the State has placed on record communication dated 01.12.2025, whereby the respondents have granted work charge status to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.2003 retrospectively vide order dated 12.03.2007, as Mason Gr.-II on notional basis. The pay of the petitioner has also been re-fixed vide order dated 28.10.2025. The same is in pursuance of the order passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 1595 of 2025, titled State of H.P. & Ors. vs. Surajmani, decided on 06.02.2025. 2 2025:HHC:41348 2. However, it has been mentioned that the petitioner stands retired, therefore, revised pension case has been submitted to the Office of the Accountant General, on 29.11.2025, vide letter No. 28316-25. 3. Accordingly, the Office of Accountant General, is impleaded as party respondent, who shall now figure as respondent No. 5. Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 5. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 5-Accountant General to ensure that the re-fixation is done within a period of two months from today. 5.
