The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by the Up-ziladhikari (Judicial), Bhogaoj, District Mainpuri in Suit No.707 of 2022, Computerised Suit No.T202201490300707 (Dalpati Singh Versus Vitola Devi) under Section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing first appeal against order impugned. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
