CRIMINAL PETIITION NO.9543 OF 2024 ORDER:- The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the BNSS, is filed on behalf of the pet|ltioners/Accused No.1 and 2 to grant anticipatory bail in connection w-lth cr'lme No.227 of 2024 of Madanapalle II Town Police Slat-Ion, Annamayya District. 2. Initially, a case has been registered aS girl missing and later it was altered to the sections 96, 127(2), 351(3) read with 3(5) of BNS and''Section 7 read w-lth 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012. 3. Brief facts of the Case are that On 20.08.2024, the defactO complaint lodged a report before the police stat'lng that his daughter aged about 17 years study'lng lst year Intermediate in S|Idhartha college was found miss-Ing Since 19.08.2024 at 05.30 PM from the hostel as informed by the warden and in spite of the-Ir Search in and around the areas.
