PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., is filed seeking to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A3 in Crime No.321/2024 of Palakollu Town Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, r/w 34 IPC, Sec.3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(z)(za), 3(2)(va) of the SCs and STs (PoA) Act. 2 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. 3. Perused the record. On 13.12.2024, Crime No.321/2024 of Palakollu Town Police Station, West Godavari District was registered for the aforesaid offences. The petitioner alleged to have committed the offences prior to 13.12.2024. Having heard both sides, it is seen that the offences alleged are punishable with imprisonment of seven years and less than seven years. It is, in these circumstances, investigating Police are directed to comply with Section 35(3) of BNSS and all the directions given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the judgment in Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar and other related rulings, scrupulously. 4. With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
