The instant contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 25.04.2025 passed in W.P. (C) No. 1056 of 2025. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2 on 10.12.2025 wherein it has been stated that on the basis of the decision taken by the District Level Security Committee, vide proceeding dated 20.11.2025, the petitioner has been provided with one bodyguard on payment of cost. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the security threat one bodyguard will not be sufficient. However, for the present, since the order has been substantially complied with, the proceeding is dropped.
