Counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have entered into a compromise; that the builder has paid some amount, and the contractor is yet to pay the same; and that the Bank would be moving against the contractor to recover the amounts, and, hence, it is prayed that this Writ Petition be disposed off as withdrawn. The submission is placed on record. 3. Counsel for respondent no. 1 also concurs with the same. 4. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
