Noting that only three prosecution witnesses had been examined as of the date of the impugned order, the learned Trial Court exercised its CrlA(D) No.56/2025 2 | P a g e discretion to grant bail to the accused, considering both the length of incarceration and the slow pace of the trial. 4) We have examined the order passed by the learned trial Court and we find no reason to show indulgence.
