The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.05.2022 passed in A.B.A No.4027 of 2022. Through this petition, two weeks further time has been sought for by the applicant for surrender in the Court below. 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 27.05.2022, anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner and directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks, but he could not surrendered within time, for that reason has been assigned in the present petition. Accordingly, prayer has been made for further extension of time to surrender in the Court below. 3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 27.05.2022 passed in A.B.A No.4027 of 2022 is hereby, modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the Court below within two weeks from today. 4.
