Challenge in this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is to quash the summoning order dated 18.06.2008, charge-sheet dated 17.12.2007 including entire proceedings of Case No.1246 of 2008, arising out of Case Crime No.236 of 2007, under Section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, P.s. Sureer, District Mathura. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the application and liberty may be given to the applicant to file a bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction. 4. In view of above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to appear before court below and file an appropriate application for bail, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
